At Sean Hunt's SocalZd we strive to provide first-rate plumbing services. Please see our refund policy below should you not be happy with our work.

General Policy

On all services rendered, we guarantee 7 days of satisfaction. Should you not be happy with the completed work, kindly contact us within this time to address any issues.

Services Rendered

• Service Calls & Repairs: If a repair fails or the reported issue isn't resolved within 7 days, we'll return to correct it at no additional charge. Refunds for repairs are considered case by case once a return visit has been offered.
• Installation & Repipe Projects (water heaters, fixture installs, repiping): You're entitled to one corrective visit if the installed work doesn't meet the agreed scope. If it remains unresolved after that visit, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on materials and labor already completed.
• Package Bookings (Plumbing Checkup, Priority Repair, Whole-Home Plumbing): Tell us within 7 days if the package deliverables weren't completed as described. We will complete any outstanding items or provide a partial refund based on the work performed.

Demand for a Refund

You have to let us know in writing at service@socalzd.com within the designated period asking for a refund. Please provide your name, job address, and a statement of the problem.

Approved reimbursements will be handled within 7 business days following approval. Refunds will be granted to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Work that the customer has fully inspected and signed off on at completion will not be eligible for refunds.
• Unless stated in a signed agreement, deposits for larger, multi-day repipe projects are not refundable once materials have been ordered.
• Permit and inspection fees paid to the City of Irvine or other authorities are non-refundable once submitted.

Project Deliverability

Timeline: An agreed-upon projected completion time will be given for each project. We are not liable for delays brought on by circumstances outside of our control (such as permit or inspection scheduling) even as we work toward deadlines.

Change Orders & Approvals

Reasonable scope adjustments discovered once work has begun (for example, pipe conditions not visible at quote time) will be discussed and approved in writing before proceeding. Final approval of completed work has to be sent in writing.

Ownership of Completed Work

You own the installed systems and fixtures once paid for. Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to photograph and highlight completed work in our own marketing, without disclosing your personal information.

Confidentiality

Unless mandated by law, we will keep your private information under confidentiality and will not share it without your prior permission.

Limit of Liability
